Challenge 17 - Deconstruction and prioritisation
The project has a clear concept and the next few weeks are key to develop deeply the different aspects of the project. In order to scope the complexity of the project solution, deconstruct it again in its different components in order to identify priorities and secondary aspects, define interactions and distribute areas of development according to affinity and competence.Suggested tools:
