Challenge 08  - Metaphores (ideate) / What if / Qualities and Personas 

Based on the precise challenge definition, explore the problem through metaphor, analogy and iteration of ideas, create a catalogue of project solution variants.
Identifiy the qualities, assets, strengths and weaknesses of each variant.
Create a set of personas, fictional caracters representing the different interest groups and stakeholder involved in the sucess of the project.

Suggested tools / methods:

• "Aim for the stars and land on the moon" 
  think out of the box, think big, beyond what is realistic. Exercise your common brain-power to its full potential to come up with innovative solutions. Even if one of the solutions might be a failure, the success lies within knowing one direction not to go.
