Physical Kick-Off in Querétaro, MÉXICO

experienced by Chipotle team

The mail goal of the Physical kick-off is to get to a common transdisciplinary understanding of the topic and the task. Each team was guided through a process of five steps called inmersion, affinity, ideation, prototyping, and communication. Chipotle team initiated the process of the common understanding as a linear process, but the last three steps(ideation, prototyping & communication) were involved in a cyclic process, where the thinking and proposal process were finished, then decomposed and over again.
